Confidence against accuracy.
Calibration is whether how sure you were matches how often you were right. Clinical training measures the second and rarely the first, and the distance between them is what makes a judgement safe to build on. The loop measures both, a few cases at a time.

The loop is short on purpose. It is built to be done between clinics rather than blocked out for.
A set of five cases
A set is five cases and takes about four minutes. Most days there is one waiting. Stop part-way at any time, and nothing counts against you.
Written by clinicians in your profession
Every case is synthetic, and every case is written and peer reviewed by clinicians in your own profession, so the judgement asked of you is one you actually make.
An answer, and how sure you are
You give your answer, rate your confidence from 1 to 5, and write one line of reasoning. That line is the most valuable thing you write here.
How an answer resolves
Where a case carries a verified answer, yours resolves against it. Where it does not, it resolves against what clinicians in your profession decided on the same case. Early on you may be among the first to judge one.
A reading that builds
A reading of your calibration appears once enough of your answers have resolved, not the moment you finish a set. After that it updates from every answer that resolves.
Four hours until the next set
Finish a set and the next opens four hours later, rather than at midnight, so the loop fits round a clinic day instead of asking you to keep one.
A reading of your own judgement.
What the loop gives back is a reading of how closely your confidence tracks your accuracy, built from the answers that have resolved. It is yours. There is no pass mark here, and no ranking against anyone else.
The two-phase calibration, Quick Screen then Full Calibration, was retired in September 2026. Calibration now runs as a short daily loop. A signed Reliability Report issued under the old pathway still stands, and buyers can still verify it.
